adequate but flawed
sound insulation small room
the location was near the train station making it easy to get around.
the room lacked proper sound insulation there was considerable noise from the corridor starting early each morning at 7am. the room felt small and stuffy i also found the lack of frills disappointing. i expect more from a hotel at this price point

the host helped us a lot, he offered to keep our luggage after we checked out since our train was later. the room was nice it had espresso, cookies, a mini fridge, clean towels, soap, and shampoo
it wasn't really a hotel. it was just an apartment turned into rooms, which felt a bit different

helpful staff perfect location easy access
I had a really good time during my four-night stay. roberto was helpful. the location was perfect. I found it easy to walk to all the main attractions from the hotel.
the rooms are small, and i noticed some noise early in the morning from the corridor.

the hotel has easy access to the train station and the city center. markets and the cathedral are also nearby. many sites are within walking distance, convenient.

free coffee and tea are available , and i found this very convenient. breakfast vouchers are provided for the nearby caffè degl'innocenti. they are delicious, i must say.

the staff were helpful and provided local recommendations. check-in was straightforward. roberto, the owner, offered assistance with luggage and gave tips about what to do (i found this really useful).

the rooms are very clean, and daily cleaning service is provided. i can confirm that the rooms are well kept. the rooms also have a quiet atmosphere, awesome for a restful night.
